Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product in-store or online for a different product of equal value, or store credit.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Online return: Fill out the contact form on the website letting us know you’ll be returning your item(s). Ship the item(s) back (we do not reimburse for return shipping). Once we receive your return, we will email you a link with your store credit or ship out the exchanged item.

In-person return: Bring your item(s) into the store and we will issue a store credit or help with an exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

·       Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

·       Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

·       Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
